Myself Dr. SAKTHISUGANYA, I started my career as Assistant Professor in a Management college after my MBA & M.Sc (App.Psy), I hold a PhD in Humanities from Bharathiar University, India, where I specialized in Human Resource Management and Psychology. With five years of university-level teaching experience, I have a deep understanding of complex concepts and a passion for helping students succeed.
My tutoring approach is tailored to individual learning styles, focusing on clear explanations, practical applications, and fostering critical thinking skills. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that students build confidence and mastery in their subjects.
As a passionate teacher and lifelong learner, I continuously seek to upskill my knowledge across various fields like, Management, Commerce, Psychology, ECE, SEN etc… by mastering in different areas of interest.
I have over five years of Experience in Early Childhood Education and its related subfields. I believe in approaching students in a friendly and psychological manner to make them feel comfortable and supported in their learning environment.
