We offer a range of courses for aspiring teachers, parents, and students in different areas. Classes are tailored to meet students’ needs based on our observations and suggestions, with content and syllabus customized for each participant. We conduct workshops that benefit aspiring teachers, parents, students, and families from various perspectives. Additionally, we provide counselling services based on the specific issues clients face, offering solutions through various therapies and strategies. The ultimate motto of AURA UPGRADES is to achieve better results through positive transformation and Holistic Development, regardless of age, gender, course, or other factors. Myself Dr. SAKTHISUGANYA, I started my career as Assistant Professor in a Management college after my MBA & M.Sc (App.Psy), I hold a PhD in Humanities from Bharathiar University, India, where I specialized in Human Resource Management and Psychology. With five years of university-level teaching experience, I have a deep understanding of complex concepts and a passion for helping students succeed.
My tutoring approach is tailored to individual learning styles, focusing on clear explanations, practical applications, and fostering critical thinking skills. I am dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that students build confidence and mastery in their subjects.
As a passionate teacher and lifelong learner, I continuously seek to upskill my knowledge across various fields like, Management, Commerce, Psychology, ECE, SEN etc… by mastering in different areas of interest.
I have over five years of Experience in Early Childhood Education and its related subfields. I believe in approaching students in a friendly and psychological manner to make them feel comfortable and supported in their learning environment.
